Skinners can skin some dead Mobs and produce various leather product, that can later be used by manufacturing professions, specifically Leather Working.Of all the gathering professions WOW skinning is the easiest to level with a new character (starting form level 1) because you don't need to look for resource nods, you just skin whatever mobs you kill anyways as you level up. Q. What is WOW skinning good for?A. Being a gathering profession, WOW skinning is best for making money (selling the leather in the Auction House) or for leveling it with Leather Working.What unique benefits (buffs) does WOW skinning provide skinners? Skinners can have the Master of Anatomy, increasing their critical hit chance up to 32 at level 80. Q. Who is WOW skinning advised for? What should be my other profession?1. Leveling first character:If you are leveling your very first character it is highly advised to pick up 2 gathering professions (look at out guide for picking up professions for more info on that). WOW Skinning makes great leveling gathering profession because you just skin whatever (skinable) mobs you kill anyways, so it's ideal for first characters.

3. Leatherworkers
WOW Skinning will allow you to gather the mats needed for leatherworking by yourself, and save a lot of cash.
4. Crit Based classes/ specs
Lastly, if your spec is very high crit based, you might like to pick up WOW skinning for that little extra crit rating from Master of Anatomy.
