"Ultimate PVP guide" has all the information you will need to create successful PVP builds.
It will guide you threw the basics of 1 Vs 1 duel of all classes combos, and (most important) will cover arena matching, talent, Gear recommendations, strategies against different setups and much more.
It even helped me a lot with classes and specs I was "sure" I knew all about how to play them (Can you imagine why my rating sucked? :)
This is by far the best PVP guide I can recommend, so up until I will find a better one (and I highly doubt I will...) This is the only one I'm going to recommend.
My little PVP guide quality test.
One "test" I do to PVP guides, is to look for information on Balance Druid PVP. That's because I've played balance druid for years, and I know about that one the most. It is also not a very popular PVP spec, so I figured if a guide has a good balance PVP section, it must indicate that:
A. The writers know what they at talking about, meaning they know about WOW PVP to write a whole section even on this "weird" spec, and:
B. Indicate that the writers are dedicated enough to the guide creaction to make sure they will be able to help all players, and not just "coockie cutters" players, that "happened" to have to play the class and spec the writers of the guide know the best about.
Being able to improve a player with a weak spec, is much more impressive then being able to help a player that happens to play "plavor of the month" class and spec.
The results:
All the PVP guides I've checked failed miserably in this test and in many others. They either ignored that spec completely, or wrote things that made it clear to me they know nothing about the spec.
In addition most of the guides were so bad, that even reading threw descriptions of classes I don't really know that well made it clear that they really don't know what they're talking about.
Only a few guides seemed to have good info, but those specific ones were just bad written, with poor quality explanations (no movies, no tutorials, no in depth info on gear etc), and were over all just bad value of money.

On the contrary to those horrid guides, Dugi's Ultimate PVP guide offers not one but multiple balance PVP specs to suit different play style with different team mates: aggressive, defensive, high/ low mana regen, crit rating heavy build and so on. Each build has recommended gear list, and the guide itself has so many features and advices, that I just can't wait to try them all. Some of the guides Ideas were so effective yet so simple, I couldn't help but thinking: "How didn't I think of that before?"
Ultimate PVP guide was the ONLY guide I could find valuable information on ALL the classes and specs I looked for, and includes movies tutorials on various subjects from PVP combos demonstrations, to PVP addons tutorials, all in the same place.

I recommend this guide to anyone who's looking for a good source of PVP info on his favorite class, and that would like to assist himself with the knowledge of the ones who's been there, done that, and also knows how to pass the knowledge forward..
Add to that the fact that the PVP guide continues to grow all the time, and the (Free!) updates with each patch make this more the worth the money value.
