Throngus will also impale random people and leave an AOE trail where he walks. Shield: Throngus will take no damage from his front side, and will also do very high AOE damage to the group, and especially anyone in front of him. Rockfalls: Throngus puts random patches of AOE in the room. Back to Top Throngus Tactics step by step:Throngus tactics step 1:Pull Throngus, and avoid patches of Rockfalls on the ground. Throngus tactics step 2: When Throngus uses swards, be prepared to dispel the DoT off the tank ASAP, as it will stack otherwise and wipe you. Throngus tactics step 3: When Throngus uses maces, start kiting him around to avoid his high damage. DPS should pay attention to threat because the tank will not be doing high threat while kiting. Throngus tactics step 4: Watch out for impales on random players, and keep out of the fire trail Throngus leaves on the ground. Throngus tactics step 5: When Throngus uses a shield, the group should quickly get behind him, and healers should be prepared for massive AOE healing, as he will occasionally switch targets and face other directions. Throngus tactics step 6: Surviving shield phases is more important then DPS, so make that your first priority. |
