Hit Rating refers to damage that occurs as a result of an attack made with melee, spell or ranged weapons. Basically it reduces the chance to miss with your attack. The chance to hit increases by 1% per 32.79 hit rating points at level 80.
Basicly you need :
(8%=263 Hit Rating) for Two Hand Weapons which are used by following class - Feral Druid, Arms Warriors, Hunters.
So, you are still wearing greenies?
You are getting kicked from even 5 man heroics ?

Basically no one like to have in raid/party anyone with greenies. Fortunately there is a thousand of ways to get rid of those :)
1st. If that's your 1st character you are .... in bad position :) Only what you can do is to craft some gear.
Tailors craft gear for Mages/Locks/Priests
Leatherworkers for Rogues/Druids/Shammie/Hunters
Blacksmither for DK/Wariors/Paladins
Jewelcrafters craft Rings/Necks for everyone.
Obviously you need some materials to make gear.
So Tailor need Cloths, and especially Frostweave Cloths
Leatherworkers need Borean Leathesr
Blacksmither need Saronite Bars.
You will need also some Eternals depends on which piece of gear you want to do. You can get all those materials or by farming them or buying on AH, that’s pretty much your choice.
That’s what you need to do if you are new. But if you have friends already, ask them for help. Ask of force them :> Sometimes asking isn’t enough!
E.g.ToC 5 man normal is very easy instance which gives amazing loot (comparing to drops from quests). And you can do it whole day long until everything drop from there to you Obtaining gear is extremely easy in Woltk.
There is really a lot of options to do that. I’ve just give few examples how to get gear. I’m sure that there is plenty more of it
If you are new players, or just reroll Shaman, you obviously may make some mistakes, that's normal. And if you want to get rid of those mistakes, and people which are laughing at you cause you are "failing" that's a guide for you.
There is one extremly important thing that you need to know about shaman, what everyone should now, SHAMAN is SUPPORT class, even with all changes in Woltk, we are still only support.
Most off people still forget about that, and demand from shamans to do as good DPS as Class which have been made for dps, Rogues, Mages, Locks, Hunters, Difference is not that big, but it still exist. If you compare 2 good players, in equal gear, e.g Rogue and Enh Shaman, on static fight, rogue is supposed to outdps shaman. That just happen nothing to do with that.
Even shaman with better gear then that rogue may not win Dps battle. It just happen.
True shaman power, lays in totems, shamans are BEST buffing class in the game, e.g Ele shaman contain more then 70% of needed raid buffs if he pop proper totems, It's only 1 (one ) class, and you still have 24 slots for raid.
Next thing about shamans is that they are EXTREMLY scalling with gear, shaman must be really awsome geared to show his Dps, any average geared class will tottaly outdps not properly geared shaman.
I've been playing WoW since Korean Beta Test were started. What's more I was always playing a Shaman, of course i had some several alts, but still Shammy is going to be love of my live.
In the vey begining when the Mulgore grass was greener that now is, when peopple were having fights with monsters which come from hell itself, when great warriors was facing Killing Ragnaros, Nefarian killing and smashing them.. Shaman were unfortunatly only.. healing..
That was preety bad times for us, we could only heal and heal on raids, everyone demand from us to go resto. I really dislike it, So i decide to fight with it! I just couldnt play like that anymore.
What's more intersting Shamans were king of Battlegrounds, while wearing some awsome Two-Handed weapons. we could literally one shot someone if we got lucky windfury proc, those were amazing times, Peopl were actually terryfied when they saw shaman chargin in them with Hand of Ragnaros, they already know what will happen, noone could survive, those deaths were always swift.
