Rotface Tactics BasicsThe Rotface Tactics revolve around your raids ability to handle the slime adds Rotface spawns, and avoid his massive acid AOE pools on the floor.Rotface AbilitiesSlime Spray (AOE):Rotface deals 5.5K Nature to enemies. Mutated Infection (12 seconds DoT, 4K damage / second): Rorface infects a target. After the Infection is removed a small ooze is created Slime Spray (Frontal AOE) Rotface deals about 6.K damage Sticky Ooze These Oozes spawn from infected players. They leave AOEs the do about 3K damage/ second on the ground, and slows movement by 50%. They merge with one another to create greater larger Oozes. After a couple of merges the Oozes become radiating, doing 4K AOE, and finally becoming unstable and explode, sending AOE Acid misslies at each player. Rotface Tactics Step by StepRotface Tactics Step 1:Tank Rotface and face him away from the raid Rotface Tactics Step 2: When Rotface starts casting slime spray, move away from his pront to avoid the AOE damage. Rotface Tactics Step 3: When players get injected and infected dispell it, so that the small slime spawns. Rotface Tactics Step 4: Initial slimes can't be taunted, so the infected plater that spawned them has to kite them to the previous slime so they merge (and then have an OT pick them up, since big ones can be taunted, and preferably kite it as it moves slowly) Rotface Tactics Step 5: When and ooz become unstable it will explode. this has 4 seconds cast, and then an acid shot will be fired on each raid member. therefor, when the cast starts, spread your raid and continue moving after the acid shoots so that as few players as possible will be hit. Rotface Tactics Step 6: After all the acid missiles landed, it is safe to run back to Rotface Rotface Tactics Step 7: Alternative way to deal with explosions: Have your whole raid spread out at the start of the 4 seconds cast, and as soon as it's finished, run back to initial positions. Rotface Tactics Step 8: Avoid the huge acid pools on the floor. |
