Back to Top Rom'ogg main abilities:Call for help:Rom'ogg will call any trash near by to help him at the start of the fight, so make sure you kill everything you can before pulling him Quake: Small AOE under the feet of each player, that will also spawn an add. So that's 5 adds in total. They hit pretty hard. Chains At 66% and 33% health Rom'ogg will cast this to CC the entire group, and will follow by a powerful AOE called Skullcracker, that has about 6 seconds cast time and will kill you if you are still in the chains when it hits (read below). Wounding strike: Rom'ogg places a Debuff on his melee targets, reducing healing received by 25% for 6 seconds. Back to Top Rom'ogg Tactics step by step:Rom'ogg tactics step 1Kill everything you can before pulling Rom'ogg Rom'ogg tactics step 2 Rom'ogg casts Quake, get out of it ASAP and make sure you don't aggro the adds that spawn (unless you're the tank of course). Rom'ogg tactics step 3 After quake is cast, tank should be ready to pull the adds that spawn. If an add is on a ranged player, he should help the tank by getting closer to him. Rom'ogg tactics step 4 DPS should ignore the adds at this point and focus the DPS on Rom'ogg. Your goal is to lower him to 66% before he casts a second quake. Rom'ogg tactics step 5 Your tank is going to take massive damage from the boss and adds, so save defensive Cooldowns for this part. Rom'ogg tactics step 6 Rom'ogg casts Chains. DPS the chains one by one (they can't be AOEed) to free the group before Rom'ogg finishes casting his Skullcracker ability. Get away from him to not be hit by it. . Characters with anti stun mechanics (like blink) can use that to get out the chains. Rom'ogg tactics step 7 Rom'ogg will cast his skullcracker and it will kill all the adds. Rom'ogg tactics step 8 Go back to step #4, have the tank pick up the new pack of adds and kill them with Skullcracker, then finish Rom'ogg |
