How to be Raid Leader?
Very easy!
A lot of people are afraid of being a RL.. personally I have no idea why.
For true it’s the easiest thing to do in that game. Gives a lot of profit, and basicly noone can blame you for that cause then they  will get kicked. /grin

So let’s take e.g. VoA 25 raid, it’s really easy raid probably easiest in game for now :)
What do we need to do it.
-2 tanks
-5 healers
-18 dps
Of course getting dps will be extremely easy, problems start when it comes to getting tanks/healers.
Sometimes just spamming Lfg channel is not enough.
Go to Dalaran e.g. and spam Trade Channel or just Yell :) It works! Really.
What’s more if you have some Shaman/Priest/Druid/Pala dpsing ask them do they have Healing off spec.
A lot of people have it nowadays, don’t be afraid to ask! They will probably tell you something like that
“Ok I will heal but I want to roll on dps gear” of course you must allow that :)
What’s more be sure that you wont take more then 3-4 people of same Class. It’s just bad ;) A lot of ppl are coming there for loot.  Hmm for true everyone is going there for loot and for loot only :>
Be extra carefull in choosing ppl, avoid fresh  lvl’ed in greens, You may also want to ask for Achiev. But  don’t rely on it, a lot off ppl are getting Boosted in Raids Dungeons, by guilds etc etc or just they somehow manage to sneak into some raid, and they have no clue what to do, on the other hand there are a lot of ppl without achiev which have never ever die in fire :)
Try to make Raid Composition as perfect as possible, It mean bring as much class which provide buffs as possible.

It will show you how many buffs you have already and how many you are still missing.

What’s more be sure that you wont bring e.g 5 holy paladins for raid. Or  18 melle dps.
There is high possibility that such a raid composition will fail :P
Make sure that everyone know tactics, Make sure also that Tanks know what they are tanking, and healers know what are they healing :> it’s REALLY  important.
It also might be a bit helpful if you will spam on /rw DO NOT OVERAGGRO TANKS AT START
60% wipes on Pugs is cause ppl are overaggroing.. that’s really bad :>
