Festergut tactics Basics:The Festergut tactics revolve around the Gaseous Blight spread around the room (looks like a giant gas cloud). It does contant AOE damage raid wide and players need to gradually get resistants for it threw various abilities Festergut casts, or you will wipe.Festergut main abilities:Inhale Blight (3.5 seconds cast, 15 sec cooldown ): Festergut Inhales the Gaseous Blight in the room, increasing damage by 30%. 3.5 sec cast, but reducing the AOE done to the raid. Gas Spore (about 2K damage "Timer" Aoe, 18 seconds CoolDown): Festergut infects several random players with spores that'll explode after 12 seconds, inflicting 1950 to 2050 damage to all nearby friends, and makes them resistant to the Blight around the room. Vile Gas (AOE, about 5K damage every 2 seconds for 6 seconds): The plague causes the infected targets to vomit uncontrollably inflicting 4K damage to nearby allies Pungent Blight (RaidWide AOE, abour 50K, 3 seconds cast): After 3 inhales Festergut releases the Gaseous Blight, dealing 50K shadow damage to all enemy players, releasing the deadly Blight back into the room. 3 sec cast, 15 sec cooldown, and reseting all the players inmmunities the the gas. Festergut tactics step by step:Festergut tactics step 1:Spread around the room and have a single tank on Festergut Festergut tactics step 2: When Festergut inhales healers get ready for increased damage Festergut tactics step 3: Players with a gas spore announce it, and nearby players get close to them to get the Debuff Festergut tactics step 4: Alternatively, the infected players go to a predetermined place where the whole range group knows they should go to when it hits to avoid confusion. One of the 3 infected players needs to run off to the melee group so it releases on them. Festergut tactics step 5: Players with the debuff move back to their spots to avoid Vomiting damage to each other. Festergut tactics step 6: Everyone must have their immune system resistant raise by the debuff in time for Pungent blight (that casts instead of the 4th inhale). Festergut tactics step 7: Use yout Tanking cooldowns after the third inhale because then Festergut hits the hardest (has 90% increased damage). Festergut tactics step 8: The inhale cycle will start all over again. Festergut tactics step 8: Your tank will recieve a debuff called gastric bloat, that increases his damage by 10% but when reached 10 stacks will make him explode and wipe the raid. Therefore, switch tank every 9 stacks. |
