Terms and Conditions for Wow-guides-noW.com community boards (forums, blogs, guide submissions and Private Messaging).
Main principals (The short version):
The community sections on Wow-guides-noW.com are a fun, amateur and interactive way of sharing player's knowledge recourses and receiving feedbacks, as well as communicating with other fellow WOW players.
It does not feature any kind of reward, commission or any other way entitle the authors for any compensation on the time spent on writing and submitting guides and/or blog posts, even though the site reserves the right to occasionaly offer promotional rewards for participating in the guide submissions as it sees fit.
We will be monitoring the guides for more specific guidelines as mentioned below, and may do so anytime before or after a guide/ post is published.
We may refuse to publish or remove any Guide Submitted/ blog post without specific notice to the author.
The site reserves the right to permanently ban any user that found to be behaving inapropriately. This includes: Spamming, Posting unauthorised links, using inapropriate language, publishing adult material and any other activity that does not fall under the general spirit of the site as described above.
More Specific Guide Publication Rules:
By taking part of any of Wow-guides-noW.com community boards (Forums, blogs, Guides creation and Private messaging), you declare and agree that:1. The guide/ post/ mail published (from now on: "The Guide") was written by you.
2. The guide or any part of The Guide is not copied from any resource, electronic or other.
3. The guide MUST NOT be a press release, advertisement, sales letter, promotional copy, or blatant and excessive self-promotion or hype.
4. The guide includes text only, and HTML tags that are enabled for use threw the interface editor buttons.
5. The guide does not use any offensive language, as well as:
a. MUST NOT contain: pornography/adult material, hate or violence-oriented, suggest racial intolerance, advocate against any individual or group, have insulting, obscene, degrading tone, or contain profanity.
b. MUST NOT contain information on: Hacking/cracking content, bomb creation, support for terrorism/ radicalism/ religious fanaticism, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia, steroid use or advocacy, weapon/ firearms/ ammunition/ balisongs/ butterfly knives or brass knuckles, or the promotion of hard alcohol/tobacco-related products or prescription drugs.
c. MUST NOT contain any content that is a violation of any law, be considered defamatory, libelous, or infringes on the legal rights of others.
d. Must NOT offer, or in any other way encourage, the use of any paid service or links to any paid resource or website.

Any such violation may cause the rejection of your guide or removal of it is already published.
6. The guide is meant to share your personal gaming knowledge with the rest of the community. The guide will not be submitted for any reason other then to share the knowledge and have fun. 7. The guides published by the community on Wow-guides-noW.com will not entitle the guide authors any reward, payment or entitle to any compensation on the time spent on writing and submitting the guides
8. Wow-guides-noW.com reserves the right to refuse to publish or remove from the community boards any guide it sees fit, at any given time, according to various criteria's in this document, but also criteria not mentioned, such as: requests for removals from visitors regarding an offensive content, claims of written authenticity violation, or unauthorized copied information.
Wow-guides-noW.com reserves the right to do so at any given time without further notice, and without the need to explain its actions to the author, or any other third party.
You understand that according to the applicable Laws and Regulations Wow-guides-noW.com doesnt have any general obligation to monitor the electronic communications and content posted on the Forums, blogs, guide section or Private messages. You also understand that you, and not Wow-guides-noW.com, are responsible for your Posts and contribution to said sections.

Offensive or Damaging Links
Users who post links to "browser bombs," which open multiple windows or sites with offensive content, will be banned.
Posting Cheats, Hacks, or Trojan Horses
Users who post links to cheating or hacking programs will be sanctioned. If you wish to report information regarding cheats or hacks to Blizzard, send it to our Customer Support. Do not post this information on the Forums.
Harassment
Harassment occurs when a community user targets another individual to cause distress, embarrassment, unwanted attention, or other personal discomfort. Wow-guides-now.com does not condone harassment in any form. While you may disagree with someone's point of view, personal attacks, or attacks based on a person's race, national origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disablement, or other such affiliation are prohibited. If you have a disagreement with someone's point of view, address the subject, not the person.
Harrassment can also consist in posting harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene content about individual wow-guides-now.com employees. This includes the posting of email addresses, street addresses, or phone numbers of individual wow-guides-now.com employees, which could expose you to civil liability as a violation of privacy.
Objectionable Content
The community boards are a gaming-community-oriented service comprised of many different types of people. Therefore, the use of vulgar or abusive language, even if masked by symbols or other characters, or engaging in other impermissible behaviour, will be sanctioned.
Sexually Explicit Images
Wow-guides-now.com prohibits the transfer or posting of sexually explicit images or other content deemed offensive by Wow-guides-now.com. In addition to the sanctions mentioned above, you may be subject to civil liability and/or investigation and prosecution by law enforcement.
Impersonation
This can involve the use of another persons identity, such as employees or representatives of Wow-guides-now.com. Users must, amongst other things, avoid the use of wow-guides-now.com employees or representatives identity in all forms of online communication, including, but not limited to, user names, user profiles, and voice, text, and graphic chat and message postings.
Chain Letters or Pyramid or Money Schemes
Transmission of chain letters or pyramid schemes of any kind is not allowed in the community boards. These materials are considered a nuisance by many users, and certain chain letters and pyramid schemes may be illegal. Users who create Posts/ messages for commercial purposes or any Posts that are designed to generate money for themselves will be sanctioned.
Spamming
Your access to the community boards and/or to the Site may be terminated for posting frequent and/or annoying messages in the community boards . An example is posting the same message to multiple community boards.
These community boards Guidelines shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your country of residence. If any provision of these community boards Guidelines shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these community boards Guidelines and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
