Baleroc Tactics Basics:Baleroc is a DPS and Healing race, that will make sure you have the proper attributes (Gear) to continue to the final bosses of this instance.Back to Top Baleroc Tactics step by step:Baleroc Tactics Step 1:Pull Baleroc. Baleroc Tactics Step 2: Baleroc will put a debuff on your tank that increases it's health (yes this is not a mistake) by 20%, but also all damage received. That makes big heals a lot more important that regular fights. Baleroc Tactics Step 3: In addition, with every application of the debuss, Baleroc will gain a 20% damage buff himself. Baleroc Tactics Step 4: As the Fight goes on you will see the Tank reaching insane health pool (several millions) but the it will take so much healing, and the damage on him will be so high, that without enough high DPS the hits will be too large to heal threw, and the raid will wipe. Baleroc Tactics Step 5: Baleroc will cast Decimation Blade on your tank with will do 90% health damage. It lasts 15 seconds, so your OT should taunt Baleroc for those 15 seconds and then switch back. Baleroc Tactics Step 6: You may want to rotate to an OT even earlier, if the stacks of the debuffs on your tank get too hard to heal, but that may mess up if your OT gets hit by Decimation and dies. Baleroc Tactics Step 7: While all this is going on Baleroc will summon Crystals that put debuff called torment on the nearest target. If no one is near the crystal, it will instead do high damage to the entire raid until someone stands close to it; so you have to set up rotation in advance for players to switch places near the crystals. Baleroc Tactics Step 8: Torment will do damage to the targets as well as reduce healing done by 50%, so only DPS should take the debuff. Baleroc Tactics Step 9: Every 9 stacks of torment switch the DPS with another fresh DPS player. The debuff will last for 1 min, then you can rotate back. Baleroc Tactics Step 10: Healers that heal the damaged DPS will actually get a healing buff that will allow them to increase the healing the tank receive if they heal him after healing a tormented DPS. Baleroc Tactics Step 11: That's why you should split the healers to 2 groups. One of them heals the tank, and the other heals the raid. Roughly every time a new spark is summoned, switch the groups' tasks. Baleroc Tactics Step 12: Whenever a group of healer heals the raid, make sure every healer gets to heal a tormented player, so they all have the buff later on when they switch to the tank. |
