Atramedes Tactics Basics:
Atramedes main abilities:Searing Flames:Atramedes does high damage raid wide. This ability is unavoidable, and will cause a wipe, so it HAS to be interrupted with a gong, making the Gongs a soft enrage to the fight: once all gongs are used, prepare to wipe on the next searing flame. Sonic breath: Atramedes attacks the player with the highest bar, and then rotates either clock wise, or anti clockwise, while the breath attack continues. Sonic discs: Atramedes sends round discs on the ground, which will travel outwards from a random point. Raoring Flame breath (Air phase only): Atramedes breathe attacks for massive damage, and this attack resembles a bit the behavior of the spikes of Anub'Arak, as it follows one raid member. Back to Top Atramedes Tactics step by step:Atramedes Tactics Step 1Position 1 - 2 players to stand near the gong at all times, and uses the gong on searing flames. The classes best for that are classes with good mobility like mages, that can blink/ sprint away from the far edges of the breathe attacks easily. Atramedes Tactics Step 2 The rest of the raid should position themselves carefully: standing to far will make it difficult to avoid the breath attacks, standing too close will make it difficult to dodge the shorter range attacks. Atramedes Tactics Step 3 When Atramedes does flame breathe on a player, be prepared to run right or left, depending on the direction Atramedes starts rotating. Atramedes Tactics Step 4 Keep communication threw this fight, that's a key factor for preventing a wipe. If you're about to die, it's better to use a gong. Atramedes Tactics Step 5 At some point Atramedes will start the air phase, and a player will get chased by his breathe attack. That player should:
Atramedes Tactics Step 6 Atramedes will keep dropping bombs on the ground, avoid them like any other AOE. Atramedes Tactics Step 7 You can use a gong as a life saver during air phase, but you will probably need them for the ground phases, so use that as last resort only, |
